Burren Junction Progress Association would like to thank Walgett Shire Council for the installation of three new bus shelters in Burren Junction.

The shelters have now been installed at locations around town, providing welcome shade and weather protection for people waiting for buses and other transport services.

The new shelters are a practical improvement to our town and are particularly important for our school children and other community members who rely on these pickup points.

It is great to see this project completed, and we appreciate Council’s investment in improving facilities within Burren Junction.

Our community has been working closely with Council on a number of local priorities, and we believe it is equally important to acknowledge the improvements when they are delivered.

Thank you to Walgett Shire Council and everyone involved in getting the shelters installed.
